1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the mvpjl website accessible at mvpjl.ws and all associated services, features, software, and content made available thereon.
• "We," "Us," "Our," or "mvpjl" refers to the operator of the mvpjl Platform.
• "You" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by You on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by You and held in Your Account for gaming purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded to Your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Gaming Services" includes all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, slots, sabong, and any other wagering products offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification procedures required by mvpjl in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the mvpjl Platform. This age restriction is a mandatory legal requirement for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as established under PAGCOR regulations. mvpjl strictly enforces this requirement.

2.2 Jurisdiction. By registering, You confirm that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which You access the Platform, and that You are not accessing the Platform from a territory where such activity is prohibited. You accept sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in Your jurisdiction.

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the mvpjl Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances, including any pending withdrawals.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. mvpjl reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of any information provided. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.5 KYC Verification. mvpjl may require You to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your Account credentials, including Your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to Your registered mobile number. You must not share Your login credentials with any other person. mvpjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to Your Account resulting from Your failure to maintain adequate security of Your credentials.

3.2 Suspicious Activity. You must notify mvpjl immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected] if You suspect that Your Account has been accessed without Your authorization or that Your credentials have been compromised.

3.3 Account Currency. All Account balances on the mvpjl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offering.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. mvpjl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current inactivity policy, which will be communicated to You prior to any fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance following an inactivity period may be closed.

3.5 Account Closure by You. You may request the closure of Your Account at any time by contacting mvpjl customer support. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to Your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC verification requirements having been satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mvpjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may change, and mvpjl reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page for each payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to Your Account. mvpjl is not responsible for deposits made outside of the Platform's designated payment channels.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be held pending the completion of identity verification procedures.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified on the cashier page. mvpjl reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal limits may be adjusted for Your Account tier as part of the mvpjl loyalty program.

4.5 Same-Name Withdrawal Rule. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in Your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. mvpjl reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal request that does not comply with this requirement and to conduct additional verification procedures.

4.6 No Chargeback. By making a deposit, You acknowledge that all deposits are voluntary and made for the purpose of participating in real-money gaming. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through Your bank or payment provider for a genuine gaming deposit is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by mvpjl are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to Your Account must be wagered the specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot titles may carry different contribution percentages, as specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. mvpjl actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing bets that cover multiple outcomes on the same event to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("hedging"), participating in coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts, or wagering patterns designed to reduce variance for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements with minimal genuine gaming risk. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balances voided and may be subject to account suspension.

5.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise, each player is entitled to participate in each promotion once. Promotional entitlements cannot be transferred between accounts.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. mvpjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. mvpjl will not be liable for any loss resulting from the modification or cancellation of a promotion, provided that reasonable notice has been given.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the mvpjl Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game, You confirm that You have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) based games on the mvpjl Platform use certified random number generation systems to determine game outcomes. Game results are determined independently and are not influenced by the size of bets placed or the outcome of previous rounds.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. mvpjl reserves the right to void bets where an event has been cancelled, suspended, or otherwise rendered incomplete in a manner that prevents the determination of a valid result. Bets placed on markets after the commencement of the relevant event may be voided at mvpjl's discretion.

6.4 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects a gaming session, mvpjl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to Your Account. mvpjl will not be liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.5 Currency of Play. Unless stated otherwise, all betting, wagering, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mvpjl Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of any applicable anti-money laundering laws or regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or other software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human use.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing anomalies in sports betting markets for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment and gaming.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in connection with genuine gaming deposits.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other users or the normal operation of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the mvpjl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of mvpjl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. mvpjl grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for Your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose.

8.3 Trademarks. The mvpjl name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. You may not use any mvpjl trademarks without the prior written consent of mvpjl. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to You.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranty. The mvpjl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mvpjl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mvpjl's total aggregate liability to You for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by You into Your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall mvpjl be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if mvpjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Force Majeure. mvpjl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, or other events of force majeure.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment. mvpjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties. If You feel that Your gambling is no longer within Your control, You are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered mvpjl users through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount You can deposit into Your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount You can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by mvpjl. mvpjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close Your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if mvpjl determines in its reasonable judgment that You have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of Your Account for any reason, Your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Where an Account is closed by mvpjl due to a breach of this Agreement, mvpjl reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, to withhold the Real Money Balance pending investigation and regulatory reporting as required.

11.3 Termination by You. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by requesting the closure of Your Account in accordance with Section 3.5 of this Agreement. Termination by You does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

11.4 Survival. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law — shall continue to apply following the termination of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

12.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 13 below.

12.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, the specific terms of any promotion You have accepted, and the applicable game rules, constitutes the entire agreement between You and mvpjl with respect to Your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

13. Contact & Dispute Resolution

13.2 Formal Complaints. If You wish to submit a formal complaint regarding any aspect of the mvpjl Platform or these Terms & Conditions, You may do so by contacting mvpjl via the email address below. 13.3 Response Timeframe. mvpjl will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and aims to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days. Where additional investigation is required, You will be kept informed of the status of Your complaint.

13.4 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through the customer support process, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating any legal proceedings. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set out in Section 12 of this Agreement.
